Service provider
SENDOO is a commercial brand of Dieffeitalia.it S.r.l., Viale Europa, 36, 74015 Martina Franca (TA), Italy, tax/VAT ID 02982940732, REA TA183918. SENDOO services are provided within the ISPBilling ecosystem.
Offer and activation
This website presents the services and lets you contact us. Contacting us does not constitute an order or automatic activation. Commercial terms, duration, activation, number availability and service levels are agreed in contractual documents. These terms supplement and do not replace the signed offer and agreements, which prevail in the event of conflict.
Pricing and billing
Published prices exclude VAT. Managed service rates are €0.04 per utility message outside the service window and €0.08 per marketing message. Utility messages within the 24-hour service window after the customer’s last message are free. Any number and activation costs are specified in the offer. For customer-owned Meta accounts, the platform fee is €10/month per connected number, with messaging paid directly to Meta. Template categories are subject to Meta classification. Contractual documents define payment methods and applicable conditions.
Accounts and acceptable use
Customers must protect credentials and API keys, use accounts and numbers they are authorised to manage and report suspected unauthorised access. They are responsible for their content and the permissions needed to contact recipients. Spam, unlawful activity, deceptive content, rights infringements and attempts to bypass provider rules are prohibited.
Meta and other providers
The service uses available WhatsApp Business features and remains subject to Meta rules and restrictions. Assisted management does not remove requirements, checks or authorisations that may be requested from the customer. We do not guarantee template approval, freedom from Meta-imposed suspensions, or delivery or reading of every message. Maintenance and third-party outages may limit availability.
Social Manager Coming soon
SENDOO Social Manager is presented as a coming-soon feature. It is not currently available for purchase through this website; availability, features, channels and pricing will be announced at launch. No release date is promised.
Suspension, termination and privacy
Duration and withdrawal are governed by the signed agreements. Access may be suspended for security needs, non-payment or unlawful use or breach of the agreements. Data processing is described in the privacy notice and applicable service agreements.
Law and contacts
