Data and purposes
We process information you provide by email, telephone or WhatsApp to answer enquiries and prepare offers (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Data required by law is processed under Article 6(1)(c). Browsing data such as IP address, time and browser information may be processed to operate and secure the website, based on the legitimate interest in protecting the service (Article 6(1)(f)). Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to promotional messages.
Providing data and retention
Providing contact details is optional, but without the necessary information we cannot respond. We retain data for the time needed to handle the enquiry, any contractual relationship and legal obligations; it is then deleted or anonymised. The website does not perform automated decision-making or commercial profiling.
Recipients and external services
Authorised personnel and providers entrusted with activities necessary to deliver the service may access data, as may authorities where required by law. The WhatsApp link opens a Meta service; platform login opens ISPBilling. These services apply their own privacy notices. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area require GDPR safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Data processed in the platform
Using SENDOO WhatsApp may involve processing phone numbers, messages, attachments, templates, delivery information and connected account data. Roles and instructions for processing recipient data are defined in the contract and any data-processing agreement. Customers must have an appropriate legal basis and the necessary authorisations for their communications. Social Manager is coming soon and cannot be activated through this website.
Your rights
Where provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing.
