Do I need a Meta account?＋
Not for the managed option: our team handles the account and agreed activation. If you prefer to use your own WABA, connect it to SENDOO.
Can I use my existing number?＋
Tell us when you contact us. We will review requirements and available options together. Transfer is not automatic.
Can I use SENDOO with another CRM?＋
Yes. A SENDOO API integration lets your software send messages, while a webhook can receive notifications. Your external software needs the integration configured.
Are templates immediately ready to send?＋
New templates require Meta approval. You can prepare and review them in SENDOO; approval and category are determined by Meta.
Where do I log in?＋
Use Log in: SENDOO currently uses the ISPBilling login. Contact us to arrange service activation.
